Please be aware that your Credit Card statements will show your sale from BioGro Products LLC. A shipping invoice will be included with all packages indicating the purchaser and shipping addressee.

The purpose of BioGro Products LLC and corresponding websites is to introduce socially responsible and life enhancing natural products to you and to maintain high integrity with the sale of those products.

While not every product can be organic or wildcrafted in total, we make every effort to have a broad representation of healthy natural products which are also earth friendly. 

Each day is filled with discovery as we continue to learn about new information and the research and development of water purification and natural products. 

Privacy Policy 

BioGro Products LLC has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Customer contact information will never be sold to a third party, nor will you receive future mailings should you decide to opt out of this service. Financial information is strictly used for your purchase transaction only. Our information gathering and dissemination practices are limited to diagnosing in the event of server problems and to administer the website itself.

We look forward to earning your business and keeping you as a valued customer. Our retail prices reinforce our commitment to you, our customer, and our mission to build goodwill and long term relationships. It is our desire that you shop with ease knowing we are keeping a watchful eye on our retail prices. BioGro makes every effort to offer the best price on every product, and that your price includes any manufacturer or supplier discounts. Our prices are less than, or when given guidelines, the same as our supplier or manufacturer's retail pricing. 

Safe Shopping

The security of your personal data, transactions, and money is our top priority. We neither sell nor share your information except for as associated with fulfilling your order. We automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). 

Using the Shopping Cart 

Once your purchase item is chosen, you will be taken to a second window with your cart's contents where you will be able to checkout. Checking out requires you provide your contact information and credit card information which will be confirmed. Email addresses are only requested as a second means to contact you if you are unavailable via the telephone. We neither sell nor share your information except for as associated with fulfilling your order.

Domestic Shipping Information 

The most economical domestic shipping means will be used unless otherwise requested by the customer for an alternative method (added cost may occur). Please allow 14 days to receive your product, although most shipments will arrive much sooner. Tracking information is available and you are welcome to call for the shipment number 859-336-3246. 

When products are back-ordered YourNatureStore.com notifies the customer of the delay and approximate shipping date. 

No foreign shipping is available.  

Returns and Damaged Shipments 

Customer satisfaction is our goal! We will take every reasonable action to ensure that you are satisfied with the products. 

Please read through our following policy prior to returning any item. By honoring this policy, you allow us to continue to offer excellent brand name products at the best possible prices. 

Return Policy: 

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within seven (7) business days. The order must be returned within thirty (30) business days AND only with a Return Authorization (RAN) Number. Items received after thirty days (30) will not be received.
  • Upon receipt of your approved return item, YourNatureStore.com will issue a credit less handling fees and the original shipping fees – see below.
  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in original packaging and in it’s original condition. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be accepted and will be returned, unless the damages were caused during shipping. If you refuse the package, YourNatureStore.com reserves the right to liquidate and not offer any credit to you.
  • Follow the Return Procedure below when returning any items.

Return Procedure:

  • BioGro maintains a 30 day return timeframe from delivery unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Many of our suppliers will accept returns; however, we must follow their guidelines. If you are unsatisfied, please request a return authorization number (RAN) by calling our office 800-431-3290.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee against product cost if returned within 30 day return window. The return policy is only effective for new and unused items. There is no return policy for used items.
  • We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number (RAN) written on the return package. Once approved for return, please return the product via UPS or insured mail within 30 days from receipt for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs. Credit will not be issued if the package is not returned. The product must be in re-saleable condition or pre-approved for return and have 100% of the original contents and in original packaging by its manufacturer.
  • For your protection, insure returns for the full value of the purchase price.
