What to drink for debloating? Traditional Sassy Water

Traditional Sassy Water for de bloating your tummy and other parts. This is a half gallon mason jar. (note plastic lid). I used one small lemon halved and sliced, 5 inches of a peeled cucumber sliced, handful of mint from under my tree, and a thumb of ginger peeled and diced. I also added (optional) a couple of drops of Orange essential oil. Made it yesterday and let it soak overnight, strained it and I’ll drink it today. (Made a second bottle reusing same fruit). I make this periodically all summer for hydration as well. Pure water for the soaking of it, and notice the cucumber mint and ginger make a good snack, and I use a bit of mint and lemon in my glass:). Yum-O
