After months of researching we found this pasta imported from Bolivia, and after trying it we were so excited we sent samples to our customers so we would have an unbiased opinion, double checking our own great taste tests! Stuff To Know: We looked high and low for the best of the best tasting quinoa pasta, the one that tasted like our favorite italian pasta but met our test of good health. 

Gluten Free, Organic, Kosher, Non GMO, as well as processed an stored in Allergen Free environment. Free of big 8: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.


Organic Quinoa Penne 

High in protein and minerals, our Organic Quinoa Pasta is  fantastic alternative to traditional Pasta. With a texture similar to whole-wheat pasta, these noodles stand up to the heaviest sauces.

Ingredients: Organic Long Grain White Rice Flour and Organic Quinoa Flour

Add to soups or other dishes, or make pasta and add your own sauce. 

Directions:  In large stock pot bring 2 plus quarts of water to a boil, add 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp olive oil if desired. Add pasta, cook uncovered 8-10 minutes to tender but firm, drain, rinse in cold water, serve.


This product is processed and stored in dedicated ALLERGEN FREE warehouse. This means the equipment used to handle and pack the ingredient is free of known allergens including the Big 8: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

 pHresh Penne Salad



  • 2 cups Organic Quinoa Penne pasta
  • 1 cup ¼-inch-diced pineapple
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 Hass avocados, cut into ¼-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion (red or white)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Peppers of your choice and quantity, we like Salad Peppers
  • 1-2 T Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • OPTIONAL: diced bell pepper or black beans (drained and rinsed)


  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons rice wine or apple cider vinegar
  • Add sea salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Whip All Ingredients to emulsify and blend  

Pasta Directions:

  1. Cook Organic Quinoa Penne according to package instructions, rinse in cold water (until cool) after draining.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil to Penne Pasta, and toss until coated. 
  3. In a large bowl combine pasta with all other produce and mix carefully.
  4. Toss gently with dressing.
