It holds up to incredibly well in our Mac & Cheese recipe below and gets 5 stars from our field test kitchens, which happen to be the kitchens and families of our best customers. After months of researching we found this pasta in Bolivia and after trying it we were so excited we sent samples to our customers so we would have an unbiased opinion, double checking our own great taste tests! Stuff To Know: We looked high and low for the best of the best tasting quinoa pasta, the one that tasted like our favorite italian pasta but met our test of good health. 

Gluten Free, Organic, Kosher, Non GMO, as well as processed an stored in Allergen Free environment. Free of big 8: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Quinoa Elbows

High in protein and minerals, our Organic Quinoa Pasta is  fantastic alternative to traditional Pasta. With a texture similar to whole-wheat pasta, these noodles stand up to the heaviest sauces.

Ingredients: Organic Long Grain White Rice Flour and Organic Quinoa Flour

Add to soups or other dishes, or make pasta and add your own sauce. 

Directions:  In large stock pot bring 2 plus quarts of water to a boil, add 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp olive oil if desired. Add pasta, cook uncovered 8-10 minutes to tender but firm, drain, rinse in cold water, serve.

Dry Organic Quinoa Elbow Pasta Bulk = 3 1/3 cups uncooked = 7 cups cooked pasta 

pHresh Mac & Cheese Recipe


½ package or 1 2/3 cup dry YNS Bulk Organic Quinoa Pasta

2 ½ T  YNS Organic White Cheddar Cheese Powder

¼ cup milk (your choice – we use Coconut or Almond Milk)

3 T butter (your choice – we use Ghee)

Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste 


  • In a large saucepan, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in Organic Quinoa Pasta, return to a low boil.
  • Cook for 8-9  minutes, or until al dente, stirring occasionally.  Drain well (we find rinsing in cold water is best bet) and set aside.
  • Add milk and butter or equivalent to the saucepan, place over med-low heat. Once the butter has melted add YNS Organic Cheddar Cheese Blend Powder and stir well to create a rich cheesy sauce.
  • Return the cooked pasta to the saucepan with the sauce. Mix well to cover pasta evenly.
  • Optional - we have stirred in steamed broccoli and other vegetables before serving.
