Combination of mixed dried vegetables such as carrots, dehydrated onion, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, celery flakes, bell peppers, parsley and green beans and can be used in soups, stews and other dishes calling for cooked vegetables.
Add 1/3 C. per 8 oz of liquid and simmer until tender. Use in soups and stews or reconstitute to use in any dish calling for cooked vegetables.
