CRYSTAL QUEST® disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the product proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase, after an RMA number has been issued, ship the unit to CRYSTAL QUEST® and the entire system will be repaired or replaced without charge or your money will be refunded. Please package your CRYSTAL QUEST® unit carefully to avoid damage in transit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
